Who can apply
Accreditation is available to legal entities that operate as
certification bodies providing audit and certification of
management systems. The applicant must be able to demonstrate
that its operations conform to ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015.
The applicant is a legally constituted entity
The applicant operates a management system certification programme
The applicant operates in the Eurasian region or certifies organisations there
The applicant is able to submit the required documentation
The applicant accepts the Committee's accreditation criteria and procedures

Impartiality policy and conflict of interest procedure

Personnel & Competence
Organisational chart with roles and responsibilities
Competence criteria for auditors and technical experts
CVs and qualification records for key personnel
Training and development records
List of auditors by certification scheme and competence
Certification Activities
List of current certified clients by scheme and scope
Sample certification decision records
Audit programme and planning procedure
Certification decision procedure and authority matrix
Records of complaints and appeals received and resolved
Legal & Administrative
Certificate of legal registration or equivalent
Completed and signed application form
Signed acceptance of accreditation terms and conditions
Scope of accreditation requested (schemes and geographic scope)
